Another unforgettable on-screen couple and movie are Bridget Jones and Mark Darcy from the 2001 movie Bridget Jones’s Diary. Bridget writes about how she wants to change her life in a diary, and then everything dramatically changed after her two romantic relationships. It took a little while for Bridget and Mark to finally connect with each other, but when they did, it gave the movie the perfect ending that everybody wanted.

After everything, Mark was revealed as the father of Bridget’s baby and not Daniel Clever, which eventually led to their romance. They ended up tying the knot and raising their son, William “Billy,” together, giving the film a happily-ever-after conclusion. The movie starred some of the great artists in the industry, like Renée Zellweger, who had the credit role in the movie, Colin Firth, and Hugh Grant. After the film’s huge success, two films followed it, Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason and Bridget Jones’s Baby.
