Gabriella Montez & Troy Bolton | High School Musical

The Disney Channel Original Movie High School Musical or HSM is a classic that gave us one of the greatest love stories of all time. Troy Bolton and Gabriella Montez’s story spanned three film investments and made us wish for a love song like that. Although, to be honest, we could probably do without the drama.

The film featured catchy songs and accompanying choreography, and it focused on basketball player Troy and book-smart Gabriella breaking the status quo at East High by auditioning for coveted roles in the school musical. The success of HSM led to the production of two more films, launching the careers of Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale, Lucas Grabeel, Monique Coleman, and Corbin Bleu. We might not know what happened to any of the protagonists since they graduated from high school, but they’re the epitome of true love, and we’re sure they’re the end game.
