Nico Tortorella & Bethany C. Meyers

The marriage between Nico Tortorella and Bethany C. Meyers is quite unconventional to say the least. They first met one another back in college and the connection was undeniable. They did go out as boyfriend and girlfriend, but went out with other people too. Recently, they have identified themselves as nonbinary and prefer to use the pronouns they/them. The evolution of their relationship was revealed in Tortorella’s book, Space Between.

Though the two are still exploring what their sexuality is and how it affects their relationship, they give each other credit for being sympathetic to each other. The two did tie the knot, but are not confined to a normal marriage. Instead, they have an open relationship with communication as their key into evolving over the years. They recently celebrated their one-year anniversary and it seems that they are getting the hang of it.
